Web Access

Web Access is an optional module that provides a method to access and view files stored in PaperBuster anywhere there is internet access. Web Access requires Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). Once Web Access has been set up on IIS, just enter the address into your internet browser (IE 6 or higher) to begin using PaperBuster Web Access.

Web Access allows you to browse through the tree to find a file or to use a search function similar to the search provided within PaperBuster.

Search using Web Access

Searching with Web Access is much like search within PaperBuster.

• Click the search button located along the top menu bar
• Enter in one or more search criteria
• Click the search button again to perform the search
• Scroll down the page to see a list of files found
• Click select to choose a file to view

Once a file has been selected either through search or through the navigation tree on the left, it can be downloaded. Simply click the "Get file" button along the top menu bar. A "File Download" box will appear asking if you wish to download the file or open it for viewing.
