PowerPoint, and Outlook plus attachments directly from PaperBuster. Microsoft Office
files can now be saved directly in the PaperBuster tree structure.

blogs and wikis, emails and their attachments, all electronic file formats including
all photographic formats, document and fax formats, all printing and publishing
formats and all audio and video formats.
- PaperBuster allows you to share documents and other information in a secure environment.
- PaperBuster has its own error log file. Solutions to error reports are now quickly
addressed.
- PaperBuster has a built in rules based retention schedule that allows for the automated
deletion of files at future specified dates.
- Ideally suited to the small to medium size business environment, PaperBuster can
scale from 1 to 50 named users on a network.
- You can quickly scan and convert documents to Adobe PDF format or OCR them for text
based searching.
- With PaperBuster you can send or receive emails and their attachments directly from
PaperBuster.
- PaperBuster has a sophisticated audit trail that allows the administrator to track
all users, changes to files, and when these changes took place.
- PaperBuster comes with a sophisticated web based module that allows the user to

Overview
PaperBuster allows for the digital management of
information. This information is then stored centrally in a logical hierarchical
structure for easy and quick access. Not only can scanned files be managed, but
faxes, MS Office documents, photos, e-mails, URLs and
many other document formats can also be efficiently
managed.
PaperBuster operates in a secure environment. A system of user rights and passwords
is incorporated into every license of PaperBuster. An administrator can create,
delete and modify users as they see fit.

This version is for a multi-user system comprised of 2 to 10
users. In this version, a separate file server can be setup where all users
access files on a rights and permission basis.

2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Description:
PaperBuster Client/Server is suited for 11 or more users on
the network. This system has no limit in terms of the
number of clients that can be accommodated. In this version
there is a separate file server and a separate MS SQL
server.
