What is PaperBuster and what can it do?
PaperBuster will revolutionize your information management processes thereby streaming

PaperBuster allows you to create new documents from exiting sources. This is a powerful

What Makes PaperBuster Unique

- PaperBuster has powerful Data Mining capabilities. You can rapidly access large
amounts of data for export to any suitable media.
- PaperBuster uses its own proprietary tree structure database in which to store folders
and files. It does not use Windows Explorer. This makes access to folders and files
very quick and provides a secure environment in which to store them. This database
is built upon Microsoft SQL.
- PaperBuster integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office. You can access Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook plus attachments directly from PaperBuster. Microsoft Office
files can now be saved directly in the PaperBuster tree structure.
- PaperBuster works with all file formats. You can capture and store: web url’s including
blogs and wikis, emails and their attachments, all electronic file formats including
all photographic formats, document and fax formats, all printing and publishing
formats and all audio and video formats.
- PaperBuster allows you to share documents and other information in a secure environment.
- PaperBuster has its own error log file. Solutions to error reports are now quickly
addressed.
- PaperBuster has a built in rules based retention schedule that allows for the automated
deletion of files at future specified dates.
- Ideally suited to the small to medium size business environment, PaperBuster can
scale from 1 to 50 named users on a network.
- You can quickly scan and convert documents to Adobe PDF format or OCR them for text
based searching.
- With PaperBuster you can send or receive emails and their attachments directly from
PaperBuster.
- PaperBuster has a sophisticated audit trail that allows the administrator to track
all users, changes to files, and when these changes took place.
- PaperBuster comes with a sophisticated web based module that allows the user to
access documents from a remote locate on a rights and permissions basis.

Overview
PaperBuster allows digital capture of information to be stored in various locations,
and on different media. This information is then stored centrally in a logical hierarchical
structure for easy and quick access. Not only can scanned files be managed, but
faxes, MS Office documents, photos, e-mails, URLs, and many other document formats
can be quickly indexed and accessed.
There are a multitude of features included in the PaperBuster package: page and
zone OCR, PDF conversion, audit trails, document retention, and much more...
PaperBuster operates in a secure environment. A system of user rights and passwords
is incorporated into every license of PaperBuster. An administrator can create,
delete and modify users as they see fit.
