We are eager to work with you to promote our software, and in so doing, develop a mutually-beneficial business relationship. We provide an excellent range of benefits to our VAR Partners.


This program enables you to offer our market-leading file management tools to your customers, and is designed for System Integrators, Technical Consulting Companies, Web Solution Providers and Independent Software Providers for small and medium-sized enterprises who want to:

  • Deliver added value to their customers
  • Expand their customer base
  • Increase their revenues and optimize their margins
  • Develop a more profitable software business
  • Outperform their competitors within the business marketplace
  • Receive discounts on PaperBuster licenses and support & maintenance subscriptions

The program works as follows:


License

You act as a technology value added reseller that is in the business of creating and adding value to software applications and/or services, while re-marketing the value-added products/services directly to end users. You provide to your customers the PaperBuster family of software products as it is sold through NorthPoint’s website. No source code will be provided. Your customers have to comply with the licensing conditions, see also the End User Software License Agreement (EULA).

 

No Channel Conflict 

Your customers will remain yours.


Technical Support 

We will work with you to provide answers to your customers' questions and concerns. Your inquiries have a high priority. However, no support will be given directly to your customers or any third parties.


Fixed Term of Contract

Initially 2 (two) year term, renewable every year after.
